  • Cobra chiseler (this move was no joke!)
  • Pink flamingo
  • Reach for it
  • Heat Wave

HIIT It: Mojo Maker (on the elliptical, incline 10)

  • 2 minutes @ level 7
  • 1:30 minutes @ level 2
  • Repeat x 10 for 35 total minutes
